Gregory D. Basso
Gregory D. Basso graduated from Fordham University in the Bronx in 2007 and graduated from Touro Law School in 2010.
He became licensed to practice law in New Jersey in 2010 and New York State in 2011.
From 2011-2016, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn where he prosecuted serious felonies, including conducting jury trials, grand jury presentations and other complex investigations.
Following his time at the District Attorney's Office, Gregory practiced personal injury law for a major insurance defense law firm in lower Manhattan.
Gregory joined Velella and Basso in 2017 where he specializes in probate and estate administration, estate litigation, criminal law and negligence litigation.
